Prices and terms

• - Foundation level exams: 250 € + VAT 25.5 % = 313.75 € 
• Advanced & Specialist level exams: 280 € + ALV 25,5 % = 351,40 € 
• - Expert level exams: 450 € + VAT 25.5 % = 564.75 €

Payment term is 14 days. 

Registration to Advanced and Expert Level exams will be closed 14 days and to Foundation Level exams about one week before the exam.Please note that the registration is binding. 

Your registration will become binding 14 days prior to the test date. Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a charge of 50% of the registration fee. In the case of a no-show, the full registration fee will be charged. Cancellation notifications will only be accepted via email at ilmoittaudu (at) tivia.fi.

We reserve the right to cancel the exam 7 days before the exam date. If the exam is canceled, we will refund the exam fees, or participants can transfer their participation to the next exam session. 

Discounts

For FiSTB/TIVIA members the Foundation Level exam fee is 185 € + VAT 25.5 % = 232,17 €.  In order to get member price, log in with an account that has a valid membership. The system will calculate the price automatically.

For students and unemployed the Foundation Level exam fee is 125 € + VAT 25.5 % = 156.87 €. In order to get that fee, choose ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) student/unemployed -product and attach a copy of your student card or evicende of your unemployment in shopping cart.

You must have an official ID (by e.g. passport or driver's license) with you at the exam.

You need to bring a laptop for the exam. You may also use a tablet in the foundation level exams.

Exams that require a Foundation Level certificate: Remember to bring your Foundation Level certificate to the exam!

Participants who do not speak the exam language as native language will get 25 % more time. People with dyslexia are granted an additional 30 minutes for a foundation level exam. The test will be done on paper instead of the digital exam Please let us know beforehand at ilmoittaudu (at) tivia.fi and be prepared to present a valid medical certificate on the day of the exam.
